Role: Exports Project Manager (Associate Director Level)

We are hiring for a Project Management role within an international exports business, focused on driving end-to-end execution and governance of product, supply chain, and compliance readiness across global markets.
This role sits at the intersection of Operations Integration (OI) and Supply Chain (SC), acting as a central interface across functions to ensure seamless execution of international business priorities.
What you will own:- Lead a team managing export programs across supply chain and operations integration requirements
- Drive end-to-end project governance (scope, timelines, cost, risk, dependencies) across a portfolio of initiatives
- Ensure product and market readiness by coordinating with R&D, QA, regulatory, and supply chain teams
- Manage interdependencies across categories and markets to deliver against international growth priorities
- Act as a central interface between country teams and internal functions, resolving execution challenges
- Drive portfolio tracking, reporting, and decision support for senior leadership
Must-have experience:- 10-16 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer products
- Strong project management experience with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of supply chain, operations, and execution in a multi-market context
- Hands-on experience working with regulatory, compliance, and product readiness for international markets
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes through others
