About The Group:
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international sales and export operations for yarn (cotton, blended, synthetic).
- Develop and maintain strong buyer relationships across Europe, US, Middle East, and Asian markets.
- Drive new business development and identify untapped markets to increase export footprint.
- Manage complete export documentation (LCs, Bills of Lading, Shipping Bills, Customs, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to optimize margins.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams for timely shipments and adherence to international standards.
- Track and analyze global demand, competition, and market trends for business strategy.
- Represent the Group in global exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer interactions.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in yarn exports with leading textile/export houses.
- Strong global buyer network and proven track record of international sales.
- Thorough knowledge of export documentation, trade finance, and shipping procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Textile Technology, International Business, or related field.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
