Role Overview:

- Manage end-to-end export logistics and compliance for manufactured goods

- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and timely global deliveries

- Drive cost-efficient, compliant, and smooth export operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage export licensing, permits, and certifications required for international shipments

- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, duties, and tariffs

- Oversee preparation and accuracy of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin

- Maintain accurate export classification and HTS codes for all export products

- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to export compliance and company policies

- Coordinate end-to-end export logistics including freight booking, shipping, and shipment tracking

- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities for smooth clearance

- Monitor shipment timelines and resolve logistics or compliance-related issues

- Optimize logistics costs, routes, and delivery timelines

- Zero compliance breaches or regulatory penalties

- Timely and accurate export documentation and clearances

- On-time delivery of international shipments

- Optimized freight and logistics costs

- High audit compliance and process adherence

- Strong coordination with external agencies and internal teams

Technical & Functional Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge of export licensing and international trade compliance

- Expertise in export documentation and customs procedures

- Understanding of HTS codes, tariffs, duties, and export classification

- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines

- Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and cost optimization

- Familiarity with export regulations, IEC, and country-specific compliance norms

Professional Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills

- Problem-solving ability in handling shipment delays or compliance issues

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
