Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager (KAM) - International Business (Exports) to drive our D2C brand's global growth. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint across key international markets, managing distributor/retailer relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through exports.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Own P&L responsibility for international accounts - distributors, retailers, or online platforms.
- Build strong long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with brand goals.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new international markets through channel partners, e-commerce platforms, or retail tie-ups.
- Support market entry strategies and new product launches.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets and growth plans across geographies.
- Create customized sales strategies and trade plans for each market.
Operations & Coordination:
- Work with internal supply chain, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth exports and compliance.
- Coordinate with marketing for localization, promotions, and brand visibility in target regions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and analyze channel performance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in International Sales/Exports, preferably in a D2C or FMCG setup.
- Strong understanding of international trade processes, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proven success in managing global distributors, retail chains, or international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Global, Noon, etc.).
- Ability to travel internationally, if required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience with beauty, wellness, or skincare products.
- Exposure to GCC, SEA, or North American markets.
- Understanding of D2C supply chains and international e-commerce platforms.
