Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for international market expansion including sales targets, pricing, product mix, and country-specific plans.

- Identify and appoint distribution partners, channel collaborators, and buyers across global markets.

- Analyze international market trends, segment buyers, and guide new product development for region-specific needs.

- Lead business development initiatives to enter new geographies and strengthen presence in existing markets.

- Build and manage strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and other external partners to maximize long-term business growth.

- Guide internal teams to align with export market requirements, including packaging, certifications, and documentation standards.

- Oversee order fulfilment processes, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, production, dispatch, and logistics teams.

- Review and analyze monthly export MIS reports to monitor performance, highlight deviations, and guide corrective actions.

- Ensure all export documentation (legal, financial, and commercial) is complete, accurate, and compliant with international regulations.

- Monitor and improve processes related to buyer validation, credit checks, and risk assessment.

- Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, SCM, Logistics and Production to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export orders.
