KRAs:
Strategic & Business Leadership:
- Develop and implement export business strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Own the regional P&L, revenue, and margin goals.
- Identify and evaluate new markets and distributors.
- Formulate strategies to increase brand visibility and competitiveness.
Sales & Channel Management:
- Drive end-to-end export sales prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and order execution.
- Appoint and manage distributors and agents.
- Design pricing and incentive strategies.
- Achieve annual sales and collection targets.
Export Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee export documentation, customs clearance, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, BIS, and destination-country regulations.
- Coordinate with production and logistics for timely fulfillment.
- Optimize freight and shipping costs.
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Lead participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Strengthen brand positioning and engage customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D for customized product development.
Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Lead a diverse export team.
- Collaborate across supply chain, finance, and production.
- Mentor and build team capabilities.
