Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders across the UK and Europe. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and driving the design of impactful solutions. Prior experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage proactively with business stakeholders via one-to-one interactions, workshops, and solution demos to capture, validate, and prioritise business requirements.

- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals, deliverables, and solution design.

- Interpret business data to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with architects and developers to shape solutions that meet both business needs and strategic objectives.

- Lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design and stakeholder sign-off.

- Create high-quality documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, and training guides tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.

- Contribute to project planning and monitoring activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and measurable outcomes.

- Recommend enhancements to business processes and systems, incorporating stakeholder feedback, operational data, and industry best practices

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, SCM, or CPG domains.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple geographies.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.

- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

- Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams and navigating complex stakeholder environment.
