Job Title : Franchise Sales Team Leader / Associate Director (B2B).

Job Brief:



As a Franchise Sales Team Leader / Associate Director, you will lead and scale the Franchise Sales function at Scale100X. This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a team of Franchise Channel Sales Managers, drive partner acquisition across regions, and ensure strong execution across the entire sales lifecyclefrom lead engagement to partner activation.



You will be responsible for team performance, strategy execution, coaching, and high-value deal support, working closely with founders and senior leadership to achieve aggressive growth objectives.

Who is a Channel / Franchise Partner?



A Channel or Franchise Partner is an individual or business entity that acquires the rights to represent, market, and resell Expertrons partner companies products and services within an assigned territory.

What Does the Onboarding Team Do?:



The onboarding team is responsible for partner acquisition and activation, including:

- Handling inbound leads

- Pitching the franchise business model

- Managing negotiations and closures

- Ensuring smooth onboarding and partner activation

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of B2B Franchise Sales Managers to achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.

- Strategize and support onboarding of Franchise / Channel Partners across multiple regions.

- Assist the team in identifying high-quality leads and closing deals through joint calls, negotiations, and closures.

- Monitor individual and team performance, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and on-ground support.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach, partner acquisition, and post-sale support.

- Train and upskill the team on sales processes, objection handling, and partner engagement strategies.

- Strengthen partner relationships to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term satisfaction.

- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and key challenges to senior leadership.

Preferred Skill Sets:


- Proven experience leading franchise sales, channel sales, or B2B sales teams.

- Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities.

- Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of franchise business models and expansion strategies.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
