Description:

The onboarding team is responsible for partner acquisition and activation.

This includes handling inbound leads, pitching the business model, managing negotiations, closing partnerships, and ensuring partners are successfully onboarded and activated.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners

- Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets

- Pitch the franchise model, negotiate, and close B2B deals

- Manage end-to-end onboarding from first connect to activation

- Ensure clear partner communication and smooth internal handover

- Track sales performance and pipelines using CRM tools

Preferred Skill Sets:

- Prior experience in franchise sales, channel sales, or B2B partnerships

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills

- Strategic mindset with execution focus

- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
