About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Manager Regional Sales to drive franchise-based expansion by onboarding high-potential businesses as Channel Partners through Inside Sales.

The role focuses on managing qualified leads, understanding their growth goals, and converting them into successful franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and build strong relationships with qualified leads for Channel Partner onboarding.

- Achieve sales targets and drive profitable franchise growth.

- Manage end-to-end onboarding from initial discussion to agreement signing.

- Understand partner needs, address concerns, and ensure a smooth sales process.

- Lead negotiations and maintain transparent communication throughout.

Required Skills:

- Experience in franchise / B2B / channel sales.

- Strong communication, relationship management & negotiation skills.

- Ability to build sales strategies and work with CRM tools.

- Adaptable, proactive, and result-driven.

Requirements:

- Full-time, in-office role (Andheri East, Mumbai).
