Description: Handling inbound leads, pitching the business model, managing negotiations, closing partnerships, and ensuring partners are successfully onboarded and activated.

Roles & Responsibilities:


- Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners


- Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets


- Pitch the franchise model, negotiate, and close B2B deals


- Manage end-to-end onboarding from first connect to activation


- Ensure clear partner communication and smooth internal handover


- Track sales performance and pipelines using CRM tools

Preferred Skill Sets:


- Prior experience in franchise sales, channel sales, or B2B partnerships


- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills


- Strategic mindset with execution focus


- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines


- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
