- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Manager to spearhead the onboarding of new potential companies into our franchise network. - This role involves identifying high-potential businesses, filtering prospects, engaging with key decision-makers, and successfully closing onboarding deals. - Once onboarded, a dedicated team will take over to expand their franchise/partner footprint. Key Responsibilities: - Market Research & Prospecting: Identify and filter potential companies suitable for franchise expansion through market research and strategic outreach. - Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively reach out to business owners via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch our franchise partnership model. - Consultative Selling: Understand business needs, present compelling franchise solutions, and guide them through the onboarding process. - Negotiation & Deal Closure: Drive end-to-end negotiations, ensuring mutual value creation and seamless onboarding of new companies. - Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with internal teams to transition newly onboarded businesses to the franchise expansion team. - Reporting & Strategy: Maintain a strong pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize onboarding processes.
