- We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR).


- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about building and scaling new business lines, products, or initiatives from the ground up.


- The EIR will work closely with Founders/CXOs to identify opportunities, build strategies, validate business models, lead execution, and drive high-impact initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy & Business Innovation Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market gaps, and high-potential ideas. Conduct market research, customer discovery, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.


- Develop business models, go-to-market strategies, and monetization plans. Drive end-to-end ownership of strategic programs aligned with company goals.


2. New Product / Business Line Incubation Lead concept-to-launch lifecycle for new products, pilots, POCs, and initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to turn ideas into executable plans. Build MVPs, test hypotheses, and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.


3. Program Leadership & Execution Own execution of high-priority projects with minimal supervision. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and KPIs and ensure successful delivery. Manage budgets, resources, partnerships, and overall program outcomes. Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and scalable frameworks.


4. Stakeholder Management Work closely with founders/CXOs and act as a trusted advisor on strategic decisions. Present insights, progress reports, business recommendations, and financial projections.


- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and customers.


5. Business Growth & Impact Identify growth levers and build strategies to increase revenue, market share, or product adoption. Set and track performance KPIs across initiatives. Lead fundraising-related research, pitch deck creation, or investor discussions where applicable.
