Lead Revenue Growth & Monetization:

- Own the end-to-end revenue strategy across verticals and portfolio companies.

- Design and implement scalable sales processes and GTM execution plans.

- Drive aggressive revenue targets and identify high-impact growth levers such as pricing models, product-market fit, and distribution optimization.

Expand Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:

- Identify, negotiate, and launch corporate and channel partnerships that unlock new distribution and revenue channels.

- Leverage the 100X ecosystem to scale partnership-led growth and co-marketing initiatives across the portfolio.

Align Go-To-Market Execution:

- Define and drive a unified GTM plan that aligns sales, marketing, and partnerships.

- Conduct GTM diagnostics and growth audits to uncover performance gaps and optimization opportunities.

- Guide development of scalable, repeatable sales playbooks and best practices across companies.

Enable Operational Excellence:

- Set up and optimize revenue operations to track and manage KPIs across the sales and marketing funnel.

- Implement tools and dashboards to improve visibility into business health, performance, and execution.

- Streamline internal systems and processes for scale and efficiency.

Drive Data-led Decision Making:

- Monitor key revenue metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

- Use analytics to forecast performance, improve conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities.

- Promote a data-driven culture across all growth teams.

Build & Lead High-Performance Teams:

- Recruit, structure, and mentor cross-functional revenue teams across portfolio companies.

- Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and results-oriented execution.

- Enable continuous learning and adaptability within growth teams.

Qualification:

- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in business growth, revenue strategy, or partnerships

- Proven track record of scaling businesses (0-to-1 and/or 1-to-100) and owning P&L

- Experience in high-growth startups, edtech, SaaS, or B2B/B2C platforms

- Strong cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, and operations

- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills

- Exposure to international markets is a plus

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
