Position : AVP/VP/CRO - Business Development & Growth (Franchise Onboarding Vertical).

Overview:

- At 100X Growth Partners by Expertrons, we are seeking an ambitious and visionary leader to join us as AVP/VP/CRO - Business Development & Growth (Franchise Onboarding Vertical).

- This pivotal role is designed for a strategic and execution-driven professional who can take end-to-end ownership of a business vertical-shaping strategy, driving execution, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

- You will lead Franchise Onboarding & Growth, ensuring a lean Sales & Marketing CAC of ~25% while maintaining profit margins of 40%+.

- The position demands a blend of strategic foresight and operational excellence, as you work closely with Expertrons' founders (IIT Bombay alumni & seasoned entrepreneurs) to build and scale a high-growth business vertical.

- This is a chance to drive impact at scale, shape business outcomes, and accelerate organizational growth through innovative franchise-led expansion.

- We handle the entire process, from market modeling to partner activation, so companies can focus on delivering exceptional products & services.

Our Role

- Market Modelling & Target Identification: We'll define an ROI model, identify the ideal target audience, and work to secure the right partners to drive growth.

- Team Hiring for Marketing & Sales: We'll recruit and train a dedicated marketing and sales team that aligns with your brand and partnership goals.

- Training: Our training programs will prepare the team to effectively promote your business model, communicate the brand, and sell partnerships.

- Marketing Campaigns: We'll manage both online and offline campaigns, identifying low-CAC channels to ensure impactful marketing.

- Branding: We will do activities (like Podcast, PR Story, Testimonials, etc.) required to ensure that the brand is lucrative for potential channel partners.

- Sales Conversion: We'll convert leads into paying partners and handle all fee collections for a seamless experience.

- Partner Activation & Handover: After onboarding, we smoothly transition account management to your team.

- Account Management Playbook: We provide ongoing support through a playbook to ensure effective partner management and profitability.

- Investment & Profit Share Model.

- Revenue Share: Master Franchise Royalty generated from all onboarded partners.

- Our goal is to establish a robust network of partners, creating a substantial revenue stream for companies.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute business strategies to expand franchise networks and revenue streams.

- Establish new strategic partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.

- Drive revenue generation through effective onboarding and management of partners.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development & sales team.

- Implement effective hiring and retention strategies to manage attrition and scale sustainably.

- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless transitions.

- Provide ongoing guidance and support to partners, addressing challenges proactively.

- Continuously assess and optimize onboarding, sales conversion, and partner engagement processes.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to partner growth and network performance; leverage insights for improvement.

- Manage P&L accountability with a focus on keeping Sales & Marketing CAC ~25% and profit margins 40%+.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7+ years of proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.

- Demonstrated success in onboarding and scaling partner networks.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

Salary: Remuneration ranging between 20 LPA to 36 LPA.

Once your vertical reaches critical revenue, the package will transition to the expected salary plus a profit-sharing plan with no upper limit.

ESOP: Allotments will be made at every milestone, creating long-term wealth opportunities.

Performance-based journey: Progression in designation, salary, incentives, and ESOPs will be driven solely by vertical growth, not by predefined timelines.

Work mode: Work from the Mumbai office.
