Key Responsibilities:

Partnership & Franchise Development:

- Identify and target potential companies/entrepreneurs for franchise or business partnerships.

- Evaluate and qualify prospective franchisees or business partners.

- Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential partners.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.

- Act as the key point of contact for all partner-related communication and issue resolution.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.

- Collaborate with legal teams to finalize partnership/franchise agreements.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

- Conduct research to identify emerging markets and franchise opportunities.

- Generate qualified leads through networking, events, digital platforms, and referrals.

Qualification:

- MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.

- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- High level of organizational and multitasking skills
