About the Role: Sales Manager - Voice AI & SaaS

- We're looking for a Sales Manager(Individual Contributor role) who can drive the adoption of Voice AI, Contact Centre SaaS, and customer engagement solutions across mid-market and enterprise customers.

- This role goes beyond transactional selling.

- The focus is on driving business outcomes such as automating customer support using voice bots, improving contact centre efficiency, and enabling end-to-end customer experience transformation through omnichannel engagement.

- You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and work closely with CXOs, product teams, and operations leaders to position Exotel as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.

What You'll Own :

- Drive revenue by selling Voice AI, Contact Centre SaaS, and communication APIs to mid-enterprise and high-growth startups

- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solutioning, demos, commercial discussions, and closure

- Lead consultative conversations with CXOs and business leaders across customer experience, support, and operations

- Identify opportunities to automate customer journeys using AI-led solutions and build strong, outcome-driven pitches

- Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, outbound efforts, and strategic partnerships

- Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell by identifying new use cases across support, collections, and sales automation

- Engage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive complex, multi-threaded deal closures

- Work closely with product, pre-sales, and solution teams to create tailored, ROI-focused proposals

What We're Looking For :

- 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, cloud, CX platforms, contact centre solutions, CPaaS, or Voice/Conversational AI

- A strong track record of closing mid to large deals and managing complex sales cycles

- Experience in consultative or solution-led selling with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes

- Comfort engaging with CXOs and influencing multiple stakeholders across organisations

- Proven ability to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions

- A solid understanding of customer experience, support workflows, or automation-led use cases

- A high ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
