About the Role:
Exly is looking for an experienced and data-driven Media Buyer Specialist to lead full-funnel performance marketing initiatives across Meta and Google platforms.
The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in managing large-scale budgets, optimizing campaigns for efficiency and scale, and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and is passionate about performance marketing analytics, funnel strategy, and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Align campaign strategies with client KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion targets.
- Build and manage full-funnel advertising strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
Budget Management:
- Manage, scale, and optimize 6-7 figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Continuously track pacing, cost efficiency, and budget utilization to meet campaign objectives.
Performance Optimization:
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding tactics.
- Use analytics to identify performance gaps and implement corrective optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure all campaign elements are aligned and performance-driven.
Client Management & Communication:
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and performance updates.
- Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on transparency, trust, and measurable impact.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with strategy, creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Provide inputs for creative development based on insights, performance trends, and platform best practices.
Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, trends, and optimization recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
Market & Trend Analysis:
- Stay up to date with the latest advertising tools, platform updates, and best practices across Meta and Google ecosystems.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate new strategies, formats, and innovations into campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on media buying experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong capacity to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Funnel Expertise: In-depth understanding of marketing funnels and full-funnel campaign execution.
- Client Management Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience managing client expectations and driving outcomes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong operational discipline, accuracy, and execution rigor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot campaign challenges quickly and effectively.
- Agency Experience: Mandatorymust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency ecosystem
