Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales initiatives.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors and geographies.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client presentations to negotiation and closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions and campaigns.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives or managers to achieve team performance goals.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for leadership review.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive post-sales engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

- Proven experience in driving large-ticket sales and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of sales planning, pipeline development, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Strong leadership qualities and experience in building and scaling sales teams.

- Experience in [industry-specific sales e.g., SaaS, IT services, Real Estate, FMCG, Fintech, etc.] is highly desirable
