Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions and campaign optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing

- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and engagement metrics

- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel

- Track customer acquisition, retention, and behavior across funnels and touchpoints

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation studies

- Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with business goals

- Support A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts for digital campaigns

- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices in analytics

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field

- 5-7 years of experience as a marketing analyst or in a data-driven marketing role

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems (e.g , HubSpot, Salesforce)

- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion funnels

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret large datasets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
