About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives, foster new partnerships, and expand business opportunities within the IT Hardware and ITAD sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and critical thinking skills, and a proven track record of executing growth strategies that yield results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead efforts to acquire new business within the IT Hardware and ITAD sectors
- Retain and expand business with existing accounts through regular engagement and upselling
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth areas
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Key Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, specifically in IT Hardware sales and ITAD
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow client accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
- Proven success in managing multiple stakeholders and high-value partnerships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
