Marketing Manager

2. Role Summary

- This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer at Exicom and is based at Gurugram, Haryana.

- The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving marketing operations with a strong focus on execution excellence. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing initiatives, including events, vendor partnerships, and on-ground activations. The position requires a highly agile and hands-on professional who can manage multiple stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and bring operational efficiency across all marketing efforts.

3. Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Spearhead the strategic planning and impeccable execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence

- Own the end-to-end delivery of events, activations, and brand campaigns, ensuring best-in-class on-ground execution

- Orchestrate seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive cohesive outcomes

- Strategically identify, onboard, and manage vendors, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency, superior quality, and service excellence

- Oversee complex logistics, timelines, and execution roadmaps to enable flawless rollout of marketing initiatives

- Act as the central nexus for stakeholder alignment, driving synergy and unified execution

- Proactively monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement agile, solution-oriented interventions

- Ensure stringent adherence to budgets while maximising ROI, impact, and resource utilisation

- Champion operational efficiency and continuously elevate execution standards across all marketing campaigns

4 Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or vendor management

- Preferably from a Tier 1 college

- Strong project management and organisational skills

- Experience in vendor management and negotiations

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Hands-on, execution-driven approach

5 Competencies:

- Experience in managing large-scale events or brand activations

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- High ownership and accountability

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Hands-on, execution-focused approach with a "hustler" mindset

- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
