BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE: - This is a Leadership role that reports to the Co - Founder and leads the overall technology and function. The individual has to lead, manage and grow the existing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Technology Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap - Lead the architecture, and technology stack decisions to ensure product scalability, resiliency, and security. Team Building: - Build, mentor, and scale teams across Engineering, Design, and Data - Develop a talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent aligned with the company's growth ambitions and cultural values. Stakeholder Management: - Represent technology narratives to investors, board members, and key customers. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - 15 to 25 years of overall work experience with a graduate degree in engineering from a reputed institute in India or abroad - Experience of leading the engineering function, building and scaling B2C products - Experience of leading large engineering teams preferably 50 and more
