People & culture Wellness- Executive/Sr.Executive (must be from management consultant firm only) Primary responsibilities - Support the execution of the Firm's health and wellness programme including EAP services, fitness sessions, manager sensitisation workshops and gym memberships - Drive the execution of fitness sessions / live webinars as per programme guidelines - Liaise with vendor and Finance teams for invoice processing and service agreement compliance - Liaise with IT support team for session scheduling, execution and record-keeping of user data - Regularly update programme-related documents and information on the Firm's intranet portal - Collate and present wellness session related data and participant testimonials - Track and analyse user data related to gym memberships - Provide accurate data related to wellness sessions for monthly reports including certification and recognition processes such as GPTW, CII - Strong in data handling, planning and execution - Vendor management Desired skills - Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and MS word - Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills - Strong planning and organisation skills - Strong multitasking and teamwork skills - Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage high workload and conflicting priorities - Highly organized - Attention to detail - Proactive in approach - Strong zeal to learn - Efficient/self-motivated with positive attitude - Flexible, adaptable and ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting timelines - Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
