Executive/Senior Executive/Manager - Internal Auditor - CA Firm

A reputed CA firm is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor (CA) to join its audit team.

The role involves conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute internal audits across departments and business processes.

- Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and identify process gaps.

- Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.

- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and suggestions.

- Assist in risk assessment and compliance reviews.

- Support management in strengthening governance and risk frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory.

- 1-6 years of experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance.

- Strong understanding of audit standards, internal controls, and accounting principles.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and audit tools.
