Executive Search Specialist Consultant

Location : Mumbai

Looking for an Executive Search Specialist with min. 6 years and max 9 yrs of experience who can independently drive search execution while supporting senior consultants/partner on their mandates.

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end execution of executive/retained search mandates

- Identify and approach relevant talent using multiple channels and platforms

- Lead initial outreach, screening, and evaluation of candidates

- Maintain relation with Clients and candidates with equal commitment

- Ability to meaningful engage with senior candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle ensuring high-quality candidate experience

- Ability to maintain quick turn around time, exemplary hit ratios and provide best fitting candidates to the clients

- Maintain dynamic data base of candidates so that similar positions can be responded to quickly

- Develop market intelligence for predicting key talent movement and understand the hiring pulse in the Market

- Work closely with senior consultants/partners on active mandates

- Prepare candidate assessment reports, market insights, and search updates

- Participate in client calls and contribute to discussions with data-backed insights

- Help manage timelines and ensure consistent progress on assignments

- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes

- Manage multiple searches simultaneously

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- MBA Grad with 6 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or specialized recruitment

- Ability to handle search execution independently

- Ability to conduct Competency Based Interviews and Behavioral Event interview

- Strong experience in research, market mapping, and candidate outreach

- Experience in writing candidate assessment reports thoroughly
