Executive Search Consultant | Technology Leadership Hiring Location: Noida / Gurugram Experience: 4-10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to lead Technology Leadership Hiring for strategic and business-critical positions. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in executive search, technology recruitment, headhunting, and market mapping. You will partner with senior business leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional technology leaders while building long-term talent pipelines for future business growth. Key Responsibilities: Executive Search & Technology Leadership Hiring: - Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for Technology Leadership positions across Engineering, Product, Digital, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Architecture. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand technology organization structures, leadership requirements, and future talent needs. - Design and execute customized search strategies for confidential and strategic technology leadership mandates. - Build relationships with senior technology professionals and maintain a strong leadership talent network. Headhunting & Market Mapping: - Conduct extensive headhunting to identify and engage passive technology leaders from target organizations. - Perform detailed market mapping of technology organizations, leadership structures, reporting hierarchies, and competitor talent landscapes. - Develop talent intelligence reports covering market trends, compensation benchmarking, organizational insights, and competitor hiring activity. - Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring requirements. Technology Recruitment: - Manage executive hiring across Software Engineering, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Transformation. - Identify and attract niche technology talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques. - Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the executive hiring lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: - Partner closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to deliver strategic hiring solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, talent availability, hiring trends, and compensation insights. - Influence hiring decisions through consultative engagement and data-driven recommendations. Search Delivery & Process Excellence: - Own the complete executive search lifecycle from requirement briefing to offer closure and onboarding. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality leadership talent while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. - Track executive search metrics including search turnaround time, pipeline health, offer acceptance ratio, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Continuously improve executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes. Qualifications: - MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 4-10 years of experience in Executive Search, Technology Recruitment, or Leadership Hiring. - Proven expertise in hiring Technology Leaders for IT Services, Product Organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or Technology Consulting firms. - Strong experience in headhunting, executive search, market mapping, and talent intelligence. - Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean Search, and market research tools. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills. Preferred Background: - Candidates from Executive Search firms, IT Services organizations, Product Companies, Digital Engineering firms, Technology Consulting organizations, or GCCs with experience in technology leadership hiring will be preferred.
