Role Overview :

As a part of our growth journey, we are looking to expand our team across industries and functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the network within CXO/Founder community.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Development : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.

- Industry Networking & Market Intelligence : Continuously stay ahead of market trends and latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.

- Research & Mapping : Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, key players, and market intelligence. Develop comprehensive talent maps, identifying potential candidates within the target industries and organizations.

- Talent Solutions & Leadership Hiring : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies, best candidates and solutions tailored to their specific technology requirements.

Key Qualifications :

- We are looking for a professional (1 to 3 years' experience) in Supply Chain/Manufacturing sales/ExecutiveSearch with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our ambitious team.

- If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (MBA), performing arts or sports (National/International) and want to be part of fast-growing executive search firm, we will be keen to have an interaction with you.
