The successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Director and clients to understand their business objectives and staffing needs. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business and staffing needs 2. Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and market trends 3. Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier executive talent 4. Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to offer management 5. Interview candidates and assess their suitability for roles, ensuring they meet the client's requirements 6. Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients 7. Act as a key point of contact for both clients and candidates, providing regular updates on recruitment progress 8. Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition for both the candidate and client 9. Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to facilitate successful placements and future business development Desired Profile : 1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition 3. Proven track record of placing executive-level talent in various industries 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships 5.
