Role Overview:
As an Executive Search Consultant at Lagrange Point International, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of executive search assignments, from initial client consultation and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, contributing directly to the growth and success of our clients' organizations and advancing the careers of exceptional leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
As a consultant, you will be driving 360 degree business for the organization as well as build network with senior professionals and advice them on their next career move. You will be responsible for:
- Leadership Hiring : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions and provide holistic solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Stakeholder Management : Establish and nurture relationships with founders and senior industry leaders, understanding business drivers and providing consultative hiring advice.
- Building Network : You will connect with senior leaders to build a strong network of potential candidates as a trusted advisor.
- Business Development : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in recruitment, business development, sales, headhunting, or executive search is preferred.
