We are hiring for a Payment related company for Bangalore location. The JD is as Follows: - As a part of the Sales Operations team, the role requires you to work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success functions, to help them make data-driven decisions. - You drive solutions with the Operations, Tools, Insights, and Enablement teams to optimize the company's ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention. - The core focus is on high priority sales initiatives, including business process architecture, org structure, goal/quota setting, sales incentive design, market segmentation, and strategic planning. - Own regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnel metrics, and pipeline management. - Implement and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. - Maintain, and present documentation including rules of engagement, pricing, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies. - Align process and systems between teams to ensure data integrity - Train and enable new-hires and provide on-going enablement to internal stakeholders on internal CRM systems and enablement tools. - Drive Weekly commit cadence and leadership forecasts - Own sales order form verification and BOM alignment You should apply if you have: - 4-7 year of experience with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS/software sales in Sales or revenue operations - Data driven and affinity to analyzing numbers - Ability to work at a cross-functional level, manage multiple, concurrent projects and work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - Must have Skills (non-negotiables and people to meet the bar of hire): - 3-8 years of experience, or working at level with directly working with Sales leadership - Previous experience as a part of Sales or Revenue operations team - Strong influential skills to be able to work with cross functional teams - Experience in SAAS/Software sales - sales/revenue ops (any industry) - Tech skills - strong in Excel and expertise on CRM's such as SFDC. - Analytical skills - strong understanding of creating action oriented reports and performance dashboards to increase visibility to support data-driven decisions. - Great at Excel and creating reports on tools. - Should have skills (skills people can learn and have capability to pick up these skills in 3-6 months) - Cadence experience with sales/BDR teams - SFDC Experience as Sales/rev ops
