Job Description:

- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operational and business units.

- Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS) and provide actionable insights.

- Support cost control measures, revenue optimization, and profitability analysis.

- Prepare financial models and reports for decision-making.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for business expansion.

- Support client acquisition, relationship management, and partnership initiatives.

- Assist in revenue generation strategies and operational planning.

- Prepare dashboards and reports using data analysis tools to track performance.

- Utilize accounting software (Tally, SAP) and CRM tools for financial and business data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA/CA preferred).

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance, business development, or analytics (mobility/startup experience is a plus).

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Cost control & profitability tracking

- Business performance analysis

- Experience in financial analysis, P&L management, and cost optimization.

- Hands-on experience in market research, business analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.

- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP), Basic Power BI and CRM tools.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
