Job Title: Executive Director of Wealth Management We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Wealth Management to join our team. The selected candidate will work on wealth management strategies for our retail and institutional clients, and will manage the full cycle of our wealth-tech products, their implementation, execution and PnL. Responsibilities - Lead the wealth management team, promoting an environment of innovation, client focus, and professional growth. - Develop and implement wealth management strategies and financial plans that fit our clients' specific goals and objectives. - Manage the life cycle of wealth-tech products, ensuring efficient execution and profit growth. - Oversee portfolio management, including the creation of personalized investment strategies for retail and institutional clients. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on market trends, investment performance, and financial planning strategies. - Collaborate with other teams to create comprehensive financial solutions for our clients. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in wealth management activities. - Represent our brand in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and investment product developments to provide strategic guidance to clients and the team. Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification such as CFP, CFA, or MBA is preferred. - At least 20 years of experience in the wealth management sector, with 10 years in a leadership role. - Previous experience working in a fintech or wealth-tech platform at a senior level is a plus. - Ability to develop and implement wealth management strategies. - Good knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements. - Strong client service skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with high net-worth clients. - Solid leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams. - Good analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions based on financial data. - Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
