Executive Director - Social Initiatives - Mental Health & Menstrual Health

Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary, entrepreneurial and execution-focused leader to drive large-scale social impact initiatives across Mental Health and Menstrual Health.

This is an opportunity to lead a purpose-driven portfolio, build scalable models, mobilize resources, and create measurable impact across India.

Key KRAs:

1. Strategic Leadership and Portfolio Ownership:

- Own strategy, growth, operations, financial performance, partnerships and governance.

2. Program Design and Scale:

- Conceptualize, implement and scale evidence-based, outcome-driven interventions.

3. Operational Excellence:

- Build robust systems, governance frameworks, performance dashboards and a culture of accountability.

4. Innovation and Thought Leadership:

- Drive new program models, digital solutions, research, knowledge creation and sector leadership.

5. Resource Mobilization and Partnerships:

- Lead fundraising and build relationships with corporates, CSR partners, foundations, government, multilaterals and international donors.

6. Stakeholder and External Relations:

- Represent the organization across national and international forums and build strategic sector partnerships.

7. Financial Management and Governance:

- Own budgeting, resource allocation, sustainability, compliance, risk management and organizational governance.

Who We Are Looking For:

- 15-25 years of progressive leadership experience

- Strong background in Social Impact, CSR, Public Health, Healthcare, Development, Foundations or mission-driven organizations

- Proven experience in fundraising, partnerships and resource mobilization

- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-geography initiatives

- Strong financial, operational and governance acumen

- Experience engaging with government, multilaterals, philanthropic organizations or large CSR initiatives
