Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate in Business Management

Experience: 15+ years (Banking / Financial Services / Consulting Digital Payments preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead high-impact strategic research and advisory initiatives to accelerate growth of digital payment platforms

- Provide expert guidance on policy formulation, product strategy, and implementation

- Analyze market trends and competitive benchmarks to identify new opportunities

- Represent in industry forums, committees, and working groups

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners

- Oversee project execution ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

- Contribute to policy creation and updates in line with RBI regulations and global best practices

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital payments, innovation, and emerging technologies

- Prepare board-level presentations, strategic reports, and policy notes

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem (technology, products, operations, risk)

- Strong research, analytics, and insight-generation capabilities

- Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Experience in publishing insights and advisory services
