In this role, you will:
- Lead FCM & PB operations across trade support, clearing, settlements, reconciliations, client onboarding, margin management, and reporting.
- Drive governance routines including operational risk reviews, supervisory controls, regulatory audits, and surveillance.
- Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Front Office stakeholders to deliver operational efficiency and platform modernization.
- Build and scale a high-performing team across India regions
- Support business growth in cleared derivatives, prime brokerage financing, and execution services.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of remediation plans.
- Strengthen client experience through robust service delivery, onboarding, and lifecycle support.
- Oversee financial controls including fee management, brokerage revenue tracking, and balance sheet exposure monitoring.
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in Prime Brokerage and FCM and worked as a leader in the space for 5+ yrs
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or any relevant Post Graduate degree
- 6+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in FCM, Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives, or Markets Operations.
- Deep understanding of exchange traded derivatives life cycle and clearing infrastructure.
- Experience managing regulatory obligations under global jurisdictions (US, UK/EU, APAC).
- Proven leadership experience heading large operational teams in a global bank or clearing firm.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, trade lifecycle controls, margining, and collateral management.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross functional initiatives.
