Exp : 14-23 years

Education : MBA or any Masters from Top Insititutes

- Target senior Operations Risk & Control professionals from global investment banks

- Strong experience in Investment Banking Operations - Risk & Control

- Hands-on exposure to Control Testing / Risk Assurance

- Proven ownership of First Line Risk & Control activities - RCSA, KRI, Control Testing

- Background in Operations Audit / Control Assurance (Operations-focused)

- Experience across Middle Office / Back Office Operations

- Must have managed audits, regulatory interactions, and senior stakeholder communication

- Prefer practitioners who drive outcomes, not pure risk modelers or policy-only profiles
