We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a seasoned banking/financial services professional to join as Executive Director (ED) to lead the formation, licensing, and operations of a new NBFC. We are seeking a seasoned banking/financial services professional to join as Executive Director (ED) to lead the formation, licensing, and eventual operations of the NBFC. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in driving strategy, managing compliance, overseeing credit and risk frameworks, and building a strong operational foundation. Eligibility & Qualifications: - Retired or serving officer at Scale IV or above in a nationalized bank, or - Equivalent senior leadership experience in a private sector bank, or - Similar role in an NBFC with hands-on operational and strategic responsibilities - Experience in retail or SME lending, credit evaluation, compliance, or risk management What Sets Us Apart Speed: Loan disbursals within 24 to 48 hours-often the very next day after meeting the client.
