A leading global investment bank is looking to hire an Executive Director - Head of Data, Cloud & AI Governance to lead governance initiatives within the Chief Data Office.

This role will be responsible for building and operating enterprise governance frameworks across data, cloud and AI ecosystems, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management and enterprise data integrity.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years experience in data governance, data management or enterprise data strategy

Strong experience in:

- Data governance and metadata management

- Data quality and observability

- DataOps and pipeline orchestration

- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code

- Data security, monitoring and auditability

- Experience within Capital Markets / Investment Banking

- Exposure to cloud data platforms and hybrid ecosystems

- Understanding of AI / ML governance and responsible AI frameworks

- Proven experience managing large teams and global stakeholders

Education:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related quantitative discipline

- Global leadership exposure

- Enterprise-scale data governance transformation

- Senior stakeholder engagement across international markets
