Role & responsibilities :
As part of the Executive Leadership Team, this position is responsible for the financial management of the organization. These will include below-mentioned responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Providing sound financial support and insights to enable the leadership team to make critical business decisions.
- Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy.
- Develop robust financial models to support manufacturing scale-up, capacity expansion, and introduction of new product lines.
- Drive comprehensive capital raising strategies, securing debt and equity financing through term loans, working capital facilities, structured finance, and private equity investments."
- Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, PE/VC funds, and strategic investors to support long-term funding and growth."
- Champion the company's transition to public markets by spearheading comprehensive IPO readiness across corporate governance, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks."
- Provide strategic oversight across all core finance functions, including corporate accounting, taxation, treasury management, FP&A, MIS, and statutory compliance."
- Serve as the primary liaison and trusted face of the company to investors, institutional lenders, external auditors, and regulatory authorities."
Preferred candidate profile :
An ideal candidate would be a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of total experience including min. 5 years in senior leadership roles. Candidate should have worked with Manufacturing Industry and should have strong exposure to Fund Raising (Debt & Equity).
