We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations and administration of Event Site, a 10acre landmark property in South Mumbai. This is a replacement Executive Director role offering strong visibility, strategic responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the companys growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead administration and manage a 10member team.

- Liaise with BMC and local authorities for approvals and compliance.

- Ensure site security and prevent encroachment.

- Oversee interim land usage (events, shoots, popups).

- Drive revenue growth and contribute to sales strategy.

- Deliver results within agreed timelines and budgets.
