Executive Director/Director - Governance/Risk & Operations - Industrial Manufacturing/Real Estate/Infrastructure/FMCG

- Notable experience working in client-facing consulting role in India practice (not GDC).

- Strong understanding of and experience in 2 or more of relevant sectors - Industrial Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure and FMCG.

- Major exposure to GRO services (75+% of experience) - Internal Audit, ICFR / IFC / SOX/ Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM)/ SOP Development and proficiency Data Analytical/DA tools will be an added advantage.

- No. of engagements being handled simultaneously - Generally 5-6 or more. Delivering an NFC of 4 cr+.

- Notable role in reporting / presentations ( at least at client management level)

- Exposure to preparing proposals & BD

- BD target - should be able to convert leads and generate leads (3-5cr)

- Exposure to practice matters (staff allocation, utilization, engagement budget management, etc).

- Team handling experience - 10 to 15 or more.

- Good communication skills . During conversation, able to articulate on their work experience (incl. value delivered) & team handling exp.
