Years of experience: 14+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee infrastructure transformation and operational resilience initiatives.
- Manage a core team of 6-7 direct reports, while influencing a wider team of 15-16 across international locations.
- Drive programs related to cybersecurity, cloud connectivity, identity and access management (IAM), and simplification strategy.
- Ensure strategic alignment with business priorities and effective stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
- The role is confidential and positioned to eventually transition into leading the entire function.
Ideal Profile:
- Extensive program and change management experience within large-scale, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate across global teams.
- Experience in strategic transformation leadership is preferred.
