Role Overview
- The Executive Director is the senior-most operational leader of AMK Global Group and reports directly to the Founder.
- This is a high-authority, mandate-driven role for a seasoned leader who brings clarity, discipline, and accountability across the organisation. The Executive Director will have full P&L ownership and final authority on execution, ensuring that systems, SOPs, and processes are followed consistently.
- The role is suited for an individual who has led organisations as a founder or senior executive and understands how to build sustainable, long-term value.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from IIT or IIM
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience
- Prior experience running a business as a Founder, Co-founder, or equivalent leadership role
- Proven ability to build, stabilise, and scale organisations
- Strong experience in implementing SOPs, systems, and governance frameworks
- Based in India, with the ability to align working hours to Canadian business requirements
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Provide clear leadership, authority, and accountability across the organisation
- Drive a culture of ownership, consistency, and execution excellence
- Make rational, timely, and data-driven decisions
Systems, SOPs & Governance
- Design, implement, and enforce SOPs across the organisation
- Ensure consistent adherence to processes and operational standards
- Build scalable systems that reduce dependency on individuals
People & Performance
- Set clear performance expectations and accountability standards
- Address underperformance and non-compliance constructively
- Support leadership decisions related to hiring, role alignment, and performance management
Cross-Organisational Oversight
- Oversee all organisational functions with final authority on execution and outcomes
Compliance
- Own overall regulatory, legal, and risk compliance for the organisation
Strategic Decision-Making
- Provide structured, forward-looking decision-making to address challenges and support sustainable organisational performance
Working Model & Expectations
- Fully remote role
- Primary alignment with Canadian business hours
- High ownership and availability expected, consistent with executive leadership responsibilities
- Outcome-driven role rather than time-bound execution
Reporting & Authority Structure
- Reports directly to the Founder
