Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Revenue & GTM Analytics Lead to deliver actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth, market share expansion, and pricing excellence. The role is responsible for monitoring and championing the Revenue Management environment, partnering closely with commercial and area leadership to achieve top-line revenue, market share, and budget targets across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Revenue & GTM Analytics to deliver insights that drive strategic revenue and pricing decisions.
- Monitor, analyze, and champion the Revenue Management environment across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with commercial and business objectives.
- Analyze current market conditions, demand patterns, and competitive dynamics to recommend optimal pricing and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with area leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver top-line revenue growth, market share gains, and budget targets.
- Own revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance tracking to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive pricing discipline by evaluating rate strategies, yield performance, and demand elasticity across segments.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Support strategic initiatives related to market expansion, product positioning, and revenue optimization.
Key Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to align pricing and GTM strategies.
- Act as a trusted analytics and revenue advisor to regional and area leadership teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Management, GTM Analytics, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing frameworks, and revenue optimization methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools, analytics platforms); experience with SaaS or hospitality data is a plus.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience delivering revenue intelligence in complex, multi-market environments.
- Background in hospitality, enterprise SaaS, or large matrix organizations (e.g., Marriott International, Cvent, or similar).
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
