We are looking to hire a Pricing Manager/Revenue Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and refine pricing models that align with business goals, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions and ensure TEC remains competitive.
- Use data-driven insights to assess and analyse the effectiveness of current pricing structures and identify opportunities for revenue maximization.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create competitive and attractive pricing packages tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and systems that ensure consistency and accuracy across all pricing decisions.
- Contribute to pricing-related financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to meet annual goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role; experience in real estate or serviced office sectors is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills; experience with pricing software/tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and interpret large data sets to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, balancing strategic goals with operational requirements.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of contributing to revenue optimization and pricing performance.
