Role Purpose:

- The Executive Business Partner (EBP) will act as a strategic and operational extension of the Executive Director, enhancing decision-making, communication flow, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.


- The role blends business analysis, strategic support, and high-precision administrative management to maximize the Executive Director's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

- Prepare executive briefs, analyses, presentations, and communication materials.

- Conduct targeted business research on opportunities, markets, and competitors.

- Coordinate with PMO, EXCOMs, HR, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and business units to synthesize actionable insights.

- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, travel, meeting cadence, and prioritization of time.

- Represent the Executive Director in select meetings to gather context and ensure follow-through.

- Act as a communication bridge between the Executive Director and senior leadership.

- Oversee logistics, itineraries, administrative processes, and confidential coordination.

- Supervise junior staff responsible for bookings, reimbursements, and operational tasks.

Success Measures:

- Clarity and timeliness of executive briefs and strategic inputs.

- Improved prioritization and utilization of the Executive Director's time.

- Seamless coordination across internal functions and leadership teams.

- Smooth execution of travel, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Positive stakeholder feedback on professionalism, responsiveness, and impact.

Key Interfaces:

- Internal: PMO, EXCOMs, GROCOM, HR, Finance, Corporate Strategy, business units.

- External: Vendors, partners, consulting firms.

- Peers: Executive Assistants.

Candidate Profile Summary:

Education:

- Minimum: MBA from a reputed institute

- Desirable: BE + MBA

Experience:

- Minimum: 5-10 years in consulting, corporate strategy, or Founder/CEO's office

- Desirable: Proven analytical + operational execution capability

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and business acumen

- Strategic communication and presentation expertise

- Operational excellence and multi-priority management

- Senior stakeholder management

- High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, PowerBI

- Discretion, confidentiality, and professional decorum

- Strong time management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
