Executive Assistant To MD - Ceramics/Manufacturing - IIM

Experience Required: Freshers considered (0-2 years)

Education: MBA from IIM (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the MD in daily business activities, strategic planning, and execution.

- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and benchmarking to support key business initiatives.

- Prepare presentations, business reports, and executive summaries for board meetings and investor reviews.

- Track progress of key strategic projects and provide regular updates to the MD.

- Attend internal meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are followed up.

- Assist in evaluating business partnerships, investments, and new market opportunities.

- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.

Requirements:

- MBA from IIM (any campus) - mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- High degree of professionalism and ability to multitask.

- Willingness to relocate or be based in Ahmedabad full-time.
