
- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in high-impact business functions.
- This is a role for a highly organized individual with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work across teams to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enablement & Business Support:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the MD, helping drive high-priority initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making by preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Synthesize insights from internal discussions, market intelligence, and operational data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Own follow-ups and closure of key strategic action items across departments, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
- Draft high-quality communication and business correspondence, including board-level presentations, investor updates, and stakeholder reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and key deliverables.
- Drive special projects on behalf of the MD including market research, feasibility studies, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison for the MD with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and global partners.
- Support in planning and execution of strategic events such as workshops, leadership off-sites, and board meetings.
Executive Office Operations:
- Ensure critical meetings are well-structured and outputs are action-oriented; prepare agendas and track deliverables.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related fields from a reputed institution.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives or in roles involving strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of professional business language.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Office Suite; strong presentation and data bvisualization capabilities.
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and maturity.
- Self-starter with exceptional time management and multi-tasking ability.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
