
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director - Strategy & Planning will act as a strategic partner to the MD, supporting high-level planning, business analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Strategic & Business Support:
- Support the MD in strategy formulation, business planning, and execution tracking
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance reviews
- Prepare strategy decks, board presentations, MIS reports, and business updates
- Track progress of strategic initiatives and follow up with cross-functional teams
- Assist in annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises
MD & Leadership Support:
- Act as a single point of coordination between the MD and senior leadership
- Manage MD's priorities, meetings, and strategic agendas
- Capture meeting outcomes, action points, and ensure timely closure
- Represent the MD in internal discussions when required
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects
- Liaise with internal teams (finance, operations, sales, HR, etc.) and external partners
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals
